Practicing for FCE

In the language class, we have written a story in pairs preparing to the FCE international exam. The story must have:
- Simple Past
- Past Continuous
- Past Perfect
- Direct Speech
- Connectors
- Good descriptive adjectives

But before that, we worked at a concept map about how to write stories. to watch it click here.
I worked with Agustina Tettamanti.

When he found his seat on the plane, Sam recognized the person who was sitting in the seat next to him. She was his ex-girlfriend, Mary. She was travelling with a man more good-looking than him. First, he didn't know what to do, however, he decided to talk to her.
"Hi Mary", he said "how are you doing?" She seemed really surprised when she said "Sam! It is great to see you!". She glanced at the man siting next to her. "He is my new boyfriend, Max".
Mary had left Sam one month ago, he felt weird, whats-more lonely, and he didn't want Mary to know he was feeling that way, so he had decided to lie a little bit about this last month.
"Oh! Good to hear that!" he said, "Actually, I have a new girlfriend too, she is gorgeous and at home, moreover she is pregnant. I am here because of my new job, I must say I get really well-paid. What about you"
Mary, felt grateful but a little bit disappointing as he had forgotten her really quickly.
